COMMON QUESTION AND ANSWERS

When considering which caterer to use for your project, we feel it would be a great idea to consider some of the following:

1. How long has the company been in business?
Joe and Jim have been providing catering services to the film & television industry since 1990 and have worked on over 150 projects.

2. If there is a problem, will the Caterer be responsive and work to resolve the issue?
One of our greatest complements is that fact that the bulk of our work comes from repeat clients. We didn't get to be their caterer of choice by not being responsive. When an issue comes up, let us know and we will work hard to make you and your crew happy. The relationships are what we value, and we know they are much bigger than any single issue that may need to be addressed.

3. Will the caterer work with me, within my budget constraints?
At Hanna Brothers we tailor our menus around your budget. During Pre-Production give us a call with your budget constraints and will be happy to work up a bid for your consideration. We can't always meet everyone's budget, but we can give you a price which will allow you to keep your crew happy and off your back.

4. Has the caterer worked on projects that are of similar size to mine?
We have worked on a large variety of projects from small independent projects to projects with budgets exceeding 200 million dollars. Additionally, we have provided catering services on films with crew sizes as small as 60 people, and as large as 5,000 people per day.

5. Is the caterer registered with the authorities? Insured? Do they collect and remit sales tax?
We have been doing business legitimately since our inception. We are registered with the respective Departments of Revenue and The Secretaries of State. We are fully insured through CNA, including worker's comp and unemployment insurance and we do collect and remit Sales Tax to the taxing authorities. We can provide documentation to this effect, can the others you're considering? Additionally, our Chefs stay current with their certifications via ServSafe.

6. Does the company take care of their equipment? (i.e. if an oven goes out on them during the shooting of my project, is it going to interrupt filming?)
At Hanna Brother's we have a full time mechanic that performs routine maintenance on all our equipment and is available 24-7 if a problem does arise. We realize it is impossible to foresee everything that may occur, but we have backup equipment available and personnel ready should the need arise.
