When reading this section please keep in mind that our menu's are tailored for our clients based upon product availability, budget constraints and taste. The following menu's are given just to give a prospective client an idea of the scope of the menus we can provide.

 

  • Things you might like to know. . . . . .
    • Hanna Brothers takes a great deal of pride in the fact that we prefer to use small local vendors to provide our clients with products that are as fresh as possible, from farm to table. This also helps to stimulate the local economy.
    • Organic and Green Products are available. If you are interested in having us "Go Green" or Organic on your project please let us know and we can discuss the options and pricing with you.
    • Hanna Brother's can also arrange a "second meal" with just a few hours notice. The second meal can range from something as simple as walk away sandwiches and sides, boxed lunches or an elaborate buffet setting with lobster tails and filet mignon.
    • Hanna Brothers is happy to leave soups, chili, and salads with craft services when given a six hour notice.
    • At Hanna Brother's we teach and expect our Chefs, and all their crew members to be professionals by maintaining a safe, clean and efficient environment that is friendly and meals are to ALWAYS BE READY ON TIME.
    • Our chefs are all "ServSafe" certified.
    • Our leftovers are donated to 2nd Harvest Food Bank, as we believe it's important to give back to the communities in which we live. For more information about 2nd Harvest please click here.


 

 

BREAKFAST SELECTIONS

 

Hanna Brothers offers a hot and cold, double-sided breakfast buffet.

Our cold buffet can include: fresh carrot juice, fresh orange juice, Motts Apple Juice, and Oceanspray Cranberry Juice; a variety of Milks which include, chocolate, whole, two percent, fat free and soy. Assorted Tazo Teas to include: Chamomile, English Breakfast, Earl Grey and decaf; freshly ground 100% Arabica coffee; hot and cold spring water; fresh daily baked muffins, danish, turnovers; croissants, bagels, house smoked salmon and cream cheese; oatmeal, grits, and a selection of cold cereals; fresh sliced melon, citrus and berries, whole bananas, apples, Naval Oranges and local seasonal hand fruit.


Our hot breakfast buffet offers a hot action station where one or more of our Sous Chef's will prepare eggs and omelets that are cooked to order just the way you like, right in front of you. Additionally we offer specialty items such as: egg whites, egg beaters, tofu and fat free cheeses along with the more traditional items such as: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, pancakes or French toast, biscuits and gravy, chorizo and eggs, corned beef hash, bacon, turkey bacon, smoked ham, pork sausage links and patties, turkey sausage links and patties, crispy hash browns along with daily specials.


In addition to the Breakfast Buffet line customers are allowed to order ala carte directly from our mobile kitchens. Hanna Brother's Chefs offer freshly prepared to the minute items which include: breakfast burritos, whole cheese quesadillas, and sandwiches. Our Chefs are always happy to prepare any special requests and meet dietary needs. We only cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to maintain a high standard of health, flavor and nutrition. When ordering from the truck everything is made to order, your way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

LUNCH SELECTIONS

 

At lunch Hanna Brothers sets a refined double-sided buffet table.

 

Salad Bar, Breads and Deserts

The buffet's offerings begin with a beautiful display of fresh salads which include locally grown organic items such as spinach, field greens, iceberg and romaine lettuce. We offer Caesar salad and tossed salad, along with three gourmet prepared salads that change daily, such as taboulleh, shrimp & crab ceviche, and tomato buffalo mozzarella with fresh basil. We have a variety of over forty healthy salad bar toppings and six home-made daily dressings. Whole and sliced local in season fruits, and berries; home baked breads and a delectable selection of cakes, pies and cookies.


Hot Items
At our lunch buffet you will find a variety of fresh vegetables, starches and entrees. Additionally, once per week our chefs prepare a Theme/International Menu. We can also have our Sous Chef's host another action station options include: Pasta Bar, Taco Bar, Seafood Station, and if weather and location permits, steaks, chops and local market grilled vegetables right off the BBQ.


Beverages provided at lunch include: Coffee, hot tea, milk, juice, freshly brewed iced tea sweetened or unsweetened, Country Time Lemonade, and spring water. We can also indulge you with shake or smoothie stations.
