Equipment Guarantee

In order to serve the crew efficiently and professionally, HB uses twenty-four foot step vans that have been converted into custom built kitchens.  Our custom built kitchens and trailors have all been customized for optimal location catering and craft service set up.  Our mobile units are fully equipped and self-contained.  Each trailer carries a generator, providing it with its own independent electricity source.  Our equipment is properly maintained and sanitized at all times.  Additionally, HB furnishes tables and chairs in a pleasing ambience for up to one hundred and twenty five people at any one time.

Hanna Brothers will provide quality food and service at fair prices.  We will use the finest available meats, seafood, poultry, grains, fruits and vegetables.  Our stock items will always include extra virgin olive oil, Dicecco Pasta, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, homemade marinara sauce and fresh salsa.  We will never use packaged or frozen soups, dressings or sauces.  Hanna Brothers will choose and prepare all menu items with a conscious effort to maximize nutritional value.  Finally, HB will perform all services and duties in accordance with applicable regulations and health codes.

Insurance

Hanna Brothers has commercial liability insurance purchased through Travelers.  (Insurance documentation provided upon request)
