I was deployed with the Army National Guard from Ohio to Louisiana in September of this year. During my time in Lafayette, I must say that the crew you had on-site did a tremendous job in taking care of the Ohio citizen soldiers. As a First Sergeant of a 136-man unit with 18-years in, I can tell you that your efforts assisted me in keeping the soldiers moral at a very high level. More so, it was the great chow and not necessarily anything I personally did! Your catering team showed great teamwork, enthusiasm, attitude, and motivation. Hardly was there a day when I was up and moving before they were. In most cases they were still cleaning up as I was bedding down. It was real refreshing to see their motivation and "can do" attitude. Not to mention that I ate pretty darn good! As I was going through some pictures this evening, I ran across a few from the catering area and thought what a great time to drop you all a letteR Truly a class act.
